Your Role
- Account Delivery & Leadership
- Manage SAP S/4 Large Transformation Programs including Greenfield Implementations, Brownfield/Bluefield S/4 Conversions, and Global S/4 Rollouts
- Drive revenue, profitability, and capability growth KPIs
- Manage client relationships and all aspects of engagement delivery
- Consult and guide clients on SAP transformation initiatives
- Build strategic client partnerships leveraging SAP delivery success
- Demonstrate strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills
- Build and develop SAP S/4 talent across domains and capabilities
- Drive upskilling and cross-skilling initiatives
- Attract and hire talent through multiple sourcing channels and networks
Your Profile
- Must have managed global SAP Transformation Programs, preferably SAP S/4HANA, end-to-end
- Strong functional or technical SAP background
- Experience working in client-facing roles
- Ability to engage clients throughout S/4 conversion programs
- Experience interacting with CXO-level stakeholders and steering committees
- Ability to build and lead global program teams
- Experience delivering SAP programs using Agile methodologies
- Ability to steer and provide direction to large transformation programs
- Strong people leadership experience
