About the Role
We are hiring an experienced and result-driven Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be confident in handling multiple positions, strong in sourcing, and comfortable working with targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various client requirements

Strong sourcing through portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Indeed, Hirist, iimjobs, etc.

Screening, shortlisting, and conducting initial interviews

Coordinating interview schedules between clients and candidates

Regular follow-ups with candidates and clients until closure

Salary negotiation, offer coordination, and joining confirmation

Maintaining recruitment trackers and reporting
Candidate Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of relevant recruitment experience

Strong hands-on experience on job portals and database mining

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously

Target-driven and closure-focused approach

Must be comfortable working in a Recruitment Consultancy setup
