To oversee the Secretarial compliances of all the Group Companies. Advice to management about all related issues and ensuring that the company strictly follows Indian & Overseas law guidelines.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, such as the Companies Act and regulatory filings (e.g., filings with Registrar of Companies or RBI etc.) of all group companies.
- Maintaining statutory registers, updating shareholder records, and ensuring the secure filing of documents of all group companies.
- Timely compliance of all the relevant Acts and related rules for group companies including foreign subsidiaries/NBFC/Foundation/LLPs etc.
- Advising the Board of Directors on their legal responsibilities, ensuring best practices in company management, and upholding ethical standards.
- Legal Compliances including drafting and vetting of Agreements, Contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights filing of legal replies, letters etc. with various Authorities.
- Timely advise on legal issues (Labor law, RERA, FEMA and other applicable laws etc.) and assisting Management in Misc work.

- Expertise in company law, corporate governance, and statutory compliance.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Company secretary in the corporate environment
- Update yourself with current knowledge of changes under various acts
- Strong communication skills
- Good Knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point and other internet Applications.
