You will own:
✅ End-to-end P&L reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
✅ Vendor payment scheduling & relationships
✅ In-shop bookkeeping, POS integration & compliance
✅ Financial controls, process improvements & team leadership
We need you to have:
* 5+ years in hospitality/food & beverage finance (Preferred), not mandatory
* Expertise in P&L, AP/AR, and compliance (GAAP, tax, labor laws)
* Hands-on experience with Tally/QuickBooks & restaurant POS systems
* Excellent communication, leadership, and a strong ownership mindset
