Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop 2D engineering drawings, layouts, and detailing using AutoCAD.
- Create piping layouts, equipment layouts, and structural layouts based on engineering inputs.
- Support 3D modeling activities using AutoCAD Plant 3D, CADWorx, or similar software.
- Prepare General Arrangement (GA) drawings, Isometric drawings, and detailed fabrication drawings.
- Perform piping routing based on P&IDs and layout drawings.
- Generate spool drawings and assist in model reviews.
- Prepare and update pipe support and structural detailing drawings.
- Extract MTO/BOM from drawings and 3D models.
- Coordinate with piping, structural, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Revise drawings based on engineering changes and client comments.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, CAD standards, and documentation procedures.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D/3D
- Knowledge of piping layouts and structural detailing
- Understanding of P&IDs and GA drawings
- Isometric extraction and spool drawing preparation
Eligibility
- Freshers to 3 years of experience into Piping Design, Drafting, or Plant Design in AutoCAD 2D Oil & Gas Industry
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Immediate joiners preferred
