We are looking for enthusiastic Academic Counselors from the educational industry to guide students in selecting suitable academic programs and career paths. Freshers with excellent communication skills and experienced candidates with counseling or admissions experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
* Counsel students and parents about academic programs and career opportunities.
* Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
* Handle inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
* Support students throughout the admission and enrollment process.
* Follow up with prospective students and maintain student records.
* Coordinate with internal teams for admissions and onboarding.
* Achieve counseling and enrollment targets.
* Participate in seminars, education fairs, and student engagement activities.
Eligibility Criteria
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills can apply.
* Experienced candidates with 1–3 years in academic counseling, admissions, EdTech, or educational institutions preferred.
* Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
