About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and technical manpower requirements across Mumbai and Nashik.
The role is highly field-oriented and involves candidate sourcing, mobilisation, screening, interviews, onboarding, and deployment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in high-volume technical/blue-collar recruitment and a strong local sourcing network.
The candidate must be comfortable travelling extensively across Mumbai and Nashik and independently building candidate pipelines to meet hiring targets.

- Plumber cum WTP Operators
- Instrumentation Technicians
- Other technical and facility operations positions as per business requirements
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG in HR preferred
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in blue-collar/technical hiring
- Prior experience in IFM, Facility Management, Staffing, Manufacturing, Engineering, Utilities, Industrial Operations, or Workforce Solutions
- Experience recruiting technical and skilled manpower
- Strong network of labour contractors, manpower suppliers, placement agencies, ITIs, skill-development centres, NGOs, and local sourcing channels
- Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai and Nashik
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and technical positions across Mumbai and Nashik
- Source candidates through contractors, manpower suppliers, placement agencies, ITIs, job portals, social media, employee referrals, community networks, and field sourcing
- Conduct regular field visits to labour hubs, contractor locations, ITIs, skill-development centres, and other sourcing locations
- Organise walk-in interviews, recruitment camps, and bulk hiring drives
- Mobilise candidates in batches and coordinate interviews, selection, joining, and deployment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, manpower suppliers, local recruitment partners, and community networks
- Screen candidates and conduct preliminary interviews based on technical and job requirements
- Coordinate salary discussions, offer communication, documentation, and joining formalities
- Complete KYC, documentation, background verification, and onboarding activities
- Coordinate closely with operations and site teams for timely manpower deployment
- Maintain a ready pipeline of skilled and semi-skilled candidates for ongoing and urgent requirements
- Track candidates from sourcing to joining and ensure a high joining ratio
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS and hiring reports
- Ensure vacancies are closed within the agreed recruitment timelines while maintaining quality of hire
Skills Required
- Strong field sourcing and candidate mobilisation skills
- Experience in bulk and high-volume recruitment
- Good understanding of technical/industrial blue-collar manpower hiring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in job portals, social media sourcing, MS Office, and HRMS
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented approach with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai and Nashik
