The Zonal Senior Lead, Field Analysis & Training will provide subject-matter expertise and strategic guidance to jurisdictional teams working with police and allied law enforcement agencies across multiple states. This role focuses on enhancing investigative capacity, operational responsiveness, and institutional accountability in addressing human trafficking and forced labour.
As part of a commercially oriented LLP, the Zonal Senior Lead will also contribute to the design and delivery of scalable products—such as training curricula, digital platforms, operational frameworks, and performance measurement tools—that can be deployed by clients globally. These offerings will be rooted in field-tested models and aligned with the LLP’s mission to deliver sustainable, technology-enabled consulting solutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Criminology, Law, Public Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in law enforcement, policing reform, or justice systems consulting.
- Demonstrated experience in working with police departments, government agencies, or international development organizations.
- Strong understanding of human trafficking laws, investigative procedures, and institutional accountability mechanisms.
- Experience in productizing law enforcement knowledge into training, software, or consulting deliverables is highly desirable.
