Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to supervise and manage Purification Production activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through effective team coordination, resource management, and strict adherence to documentation and GMP standards.

Perform and supervise end-to-end Purification Production activities, ensuring operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with established GMP guidelines and SOPs.

Manage distribution of work and workmen, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower and smooth workflow across production shifts.

Oversee raw material issuance and document issuance, ensuring timely availability of resources and accurate record-keeping for all production activities.

Handle and manage work permits in accordance with site safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Review executed BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records) and BECR for accuracy, completeness, and compliance, while maintaining strict control over all related documentation.

Monitor and control cleaning activities within the production area to maintain hygiene, compliance, and equipment readiness at all times.
