Job Responsibilities
- Conduct professional home inspections at apartments and villas.
- Inspect civil, plumbing, electrical, flooring, doors, windows, and finishing quality.
- Use modern inspection tools such as moisture meters, laser distance meters, electrical testers, and spirit levels.
- Capture photographs and record inspection observations using the Jagoo mobile application.
- Explain inspection findings to customers professionally.
- Coordinate with the backend quality team for report generation.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and integrity during every inspection.
Eligibility
- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Basic knowledge of residential construction
- Good communication skills in Telugu and English
- Willingness to travel within the city
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred
