About the Role
The Receptionist is the face and voice of CFC. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming experience for every visitor, member, and prospect while ensuring smooth front desk operations. The ideal candidate should be friendly, confident, organized, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
In addition to managing the reception area, the role involves calling and following up with prospective members, scheduling appointments and trial sessions, and helping convert inquiries into memberships.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Service
- Greet members, visitors, and guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Assist with inquiries related to memberships, fitness programs, schedules, and facilities.
- Manage visitor registrations and maintain front desk records.
- Coordinate appointments, consultations, and trial sessions.
- Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable at all times.
Telecalling & Lead Follow-Up
- Make outbound calls to prospective clienExplain membership plans, promotions, andts and leads.
- Follow up on walk-in inquiries.

- Schedule appointments and trial sessions for interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-up activities.
Member Support
- Address member queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build positive relationships with members and provide a high level of customer service.
- Conduct follow-up calls to improve member engagement and retention.
- Collect feedback and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure member satisfaction.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain attendance, appointment, and inquiry records.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, appointments, and conversions.
- Support membership registration and documentation processes.
- Coordinate with trainers and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with promotional campaigns, events, and member engagement activities.
Requirements
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Working time 12PM to 9PM
- 0 –3 years of experience in reception, telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the fitness, wellness, hospitality, or service industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kochi, Kerala (Kochi): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
