About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to support and execute our digital marketing initiatives. In this role, you will help drive qualified B2B leads, enhance our online presence, manage digital campaigns, and work closely with internal teams and external marketing partners to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, and social media.
* Support lead generation initiatives for ERPNext, NeuPOS, DISA, and custom software services.
* Coordinate with internal SEO teams and external marketing agencies to ensure campaign success.
* Manage website content, landing pages, and digital marketing assets.
* Create and publish content for blogs, social media, newsletters, case studies, and marketing materials.
* Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using marketing analytics tools.
* Work closely with sales and technical teams to support marketing and business development activities.
* Stay updated with digital marketing trends and leverage AI tools to improve productivity.
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, B2B Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
* Experience in IT services, ERP, SaaS, or software companies is preferred.
* Good knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, and social media marketing.
* Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
* Basic understanding of CRM platforms such as ERPNext, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
* Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
* Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience marketing ERP, SaaS, CRM, POS, HRMS, or enterprise software solutions.
* Familiarity with ERPNext or the Frappe ecosystem.
* Understanding of lead generation, marketing funnels, and conversion optimization.
