Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR/Admin Executive to support day-to-day human resources and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in HR and administration, with good communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to manage employee records, office administration, recruitment coordination, and HR documentation efficiently.
This role involves assisting with recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, maintaining HR records, handling office administration, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll inputs, employee database management, and compliance-related documentation.
- Handle office administration, vendor coordination, and day-to-day administrative activities.
- Manage office correspondence, emails, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, maintain reports, and support management with administrative tasks.
- Ensure proper filing, record maintenance, and document management.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Support HR policies, employee communication, and general office operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, Administration, or HR & Admin roles.
- Good understanding of recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and office administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with attendance and leave management.
- Basic knowledge of payroll support and HR compliance.
- Good documentation and record management skills.
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
