Night Shift RMO (Resident Medical Officer)
Role Summary:
Responsible for managing patient care during night shifts, ensuring smooth clinical operations, and supporting consultants and nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage patients during the night shift.
- Handle patient and attendant counseling regarding treatment plans and recovery.
- Coordinate closely with Plastic Surgeons for pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and promptly escalate clinical concerns.
- Lead, supervise, and support the nursing team during the shift.
- Maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation.
- Ensure smooth handover to the day team and consultants.
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate medical assistance when required.
Requirements:
- MBBS/BAMS/BHMS
- Good communication and patient counseling skills.
- Experience in surgical, plastic surgery, or aesthetic healthcare settings preferred.
- Ability to independently manage night shift operations and team coordination.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
