We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to manage real estate sales operations in Vapi. The candidate should have strong knowledge of property sales, client handling, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team for real estate projects
Generate leads and convert prospects into buyers
Handle client meetings, site visits, and property presentations
Develop and implement sales strategies
Maintain relationships with brokers and channel partners
Prepare sales reports and market analysis
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in managing a sales team
