JOB TITLE: Telecaller cum Counsellor — MBBS Abroad Student Admission

Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers with good communication welcome)
Education: Any Graduate; Science/PCB background preferred
ROLE SUMMARY
You will be the first point of contact for students and parents enquiring about MBBS admission in foreign universities (Russia, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan Uzbekistan, Philippines, etc.). Your job is to call leads, counsel them, and convert them into successful enrollments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Telecalling & Lead Management
- Make 80–100 outbound calls daily from the CRM database
- Introduce MBBS abroad programs and available university options
- Qualify leads based on NEET score, academic profile, and budget
- Follow up via phone, WhatsApp, and email consistently
- Update all call outcomes in CRM on the same day
Student Counselling
- Counsel students on eligibility criteria — NEET qualification, 50% in PCB, age limit
- Explain course duration, fee structure, university rankings, hostel, and living costs
- Guide on MCI/NMC screening exam, license recognition, and medium of instruction
- Help shortlist universities based on student profile, budget, and country preference
- Conduct counselling sessions in person, on call, or via video
Admission & Documentation
- Assist students in filling application forms
- Guide on required documents: marksheets, NEET scorecard, passport, photos, etc.
- Coordinate with the processing team for timely document submission
- Track application status and keep students and parents informed at every stage
- Assist with visa guidance and pre-departure orientation coordination
Targets & Reporting
- Generate walk-in appointments and webinar registrations
- Prepare daily call reports and weekly conversion summaries
- Attend education fairs, school/college visits, and seminars when required
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent communication in Hindi and English (mandatory)
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling ability
- Empathetic, student-first approach
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools
Preferred
- Prior experience in overseas education consultancy
- Knowledge of NEET eligibility and NMC/MCI norms
- Familiarity with top MBBS abroad destinations and fee structures
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,839.13 per month
