Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lessons for children in Nursery, Jr. KG, and Sr. KG levels.
- Create a welcoming and supportive classroom environment that encourages active learning, exploration, and creativity.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage young learners and promote their curiosity and independence.
- Assess student progress through observation and continuous assessment, and maintain records of their developmental milestones.
- Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and support staff to ensure the well-being and safety of all students.
- Maintain a tidy and organized classroom, ensuring that materials and resources are accessible and age-appropriate.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and collaborative learning community.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Class 12th in any discipline with ECCEd (Early Childhood Care and Education) certification or equivalent.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine interest in working with young children.
- Good communication in English.
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and parents.
