Job Title: Landscape Architect
Experience Required: 10+ Years
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Landscape Architect with 10+ years of expertise in designing and delivering innovative, sustainable, and functional landscape solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in master planning, landscape design, and execution for a wide range of projects including Commercial, Residential, Retail, Institutional, Hospitality, and Infrastructure developments at both national and international levels.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the conceptualization, design, and detailing of landscape architecture projects.

Develop master plans, planting plans, hardscape designs, and irrigation layouts.

Prepare design presentations, working drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.

Ensure compliance with environmental standards, sustainability goals, and client requirements.

Collaborate with architects, urban planners, civil/structural engineers, and other consultants for integrated project delivery.

Oversee site implementation, review contractor submissions, and provide technical guidance during execution.

Manage client interactions, project timelines, and deliverables to ensure design excellence.

Mentor junior landscape architects and design team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.

Minimum 10 years of proven professional experience in landscape design and planning.

Strong knowledge of horticulture, irrigation, grading, and environmental sustainability.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.

Familiarity with green building standards and sustainable landscape practices.

Strong design sensibility, creativity, and attention to detail.

Excellent communication, presentation, and client coordination skills.
Preferred Experience:

Experience in large-scale urban design and smart city projects.

Exposure to international design standards and codes.
