Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Secretary cum Accountant to support the daily administrative and accounting operations of the restaurant. The candidate should possess good communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to handle office administration efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
- Manage daily office operations and maintain records.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Schedule meetings and maintain appointments.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other business documents.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and customers.
Accounting Duties
- Maintain daily cash and bank transactions.
- Prepare and record sales, purchase, and expense entries.
- Generate invoices and follow up on payments.
- Reconcile cash, bank statements, and accounts.
- Assist in GST-related documentation and record maintenance.
- Maintain accounting records using Tally, Excel, or accounting software.
- Support management in preparing financial reports.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping skills.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP or similar accounting software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in records.
- Good time management and multitasking abilities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
