Job Summary:
ASMA is seeking a reliable and efficient Multi-Skilled Technician to manage day-to-day maintenance tasks across serviced apartments and client properties. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and minor civil repair works. He will be responsible for addressing client complaints, carrying out preventive maintenance, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the properties are maintained to high standards, especially for expatriate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and timely repairs for:
- Electrical systems (lights, switches, DBs, wiring)
- Plumbing systems (leakages, faucets, water pressure, geysers)
- Carpentry (furniture fixes, door alignment, minor woodwork)
- Appliances (basic troubleshooting for AC, fridge, microwave, washing machine, etc.)
- Carry out move-in/move-out inspections and ensure apartments are fully functional and well-presented.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests raised by residents or the central office.
- Coordinate with outside vendors for tasks beyond internal capabilities.
- Maintain service records and checklists for all assigned properties.
- Provide feedback and updates to the Maintenance Supervisor and escalate issues if required.
- Travel across multiple sites (DLF, Vasant Vihar, Saket, Golf Links, etc.) as assigned.
- Support technicians and housekeeping staff when needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in facility management, hotels, or service apartments.
- Strong technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols.
- Ability to read manuals/instructions and troubleshoot independently.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and updating the team with photos/status.
- Good behavior, professional appearance, and respectful communication with expat clients.
Other Requirements:
- Should be flexible with timings, including weekends and emergencies.
- Two-wheeler preferred for easy mobility across properties.
- Willing to work as part of a small, tightly managed team.
