Urgent opening for Position of Hr Executive. A Recruiter identifies, attracts, and hires qualified candidates for open positions, acting as a bridge between hiring managers and talent. Key responsibilities include sourcing through platforms like LinkedIn, screening resumes, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure a smooth hiring process.Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Attraction: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to find passive and active candidates.
- Screening & Evaluation: Review resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with department managers to define role requirements and staffing needs.
- Process Management: Coordinate interviews, manage the offer process, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Data Management: Keep applicant records updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
Required Skills
