Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Packaging & Warehouse Executive to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packaging products, maintaining warehouse inventory, handling stock movement, and ensuring accurate and timely order dispatch. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Packaging
- Pack products securely according to company quality standards.
- Label, seal, and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Inspect products for quality before packaging.
- Ensure packaging materials are used efficiently to minimize waste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area.
Warehouse Operations
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Organize stock and maintain proper inventory storage.
- Assist with stock counting, inventory audits, and cycle counts.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged goods.
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices where applicable.
- Load and unload goods safely using appropriate handling techniques.
Inventory & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.
- Update inventory using warehouse software or manual registers.
- Verify shipment quantities against invoices and delivery notes.
- Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams for timely deliveries.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Use warehouse equipment responsibly and report any maintenance issues.
- Ensure products are handled carefully to prevent damage.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of warehouse and packaging operations.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and move packages as required.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer knowledge for inventory updates is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass, 12th Pass, or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or packaging experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with inventory management or warehouse software.
- Familiarity with barcode scanners and shipping documentation.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
