Senior Marketing Executive
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to support and execute day‑to‑day marketing activities across digital, content, and sales enablement. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, managing digital channels, and supporting business development efforts.
You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and sales team to execute campaigns, create collateral, and maintain brand presence across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Execution
- Execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Assist in planning and coordinating marketing activities and timelines.
- Support the creation of campaign briefs, calendars, and reporting.
2. Digital Marketing
- Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) including content scheduling and engagement.
- Support website updates, landing page edits, and coordination with developers.
- Conduct keyword research and assist with on‑page SEO improvements.
- Execute basic paid campaigns (boosted posts, simple lead gen ads).
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
3. Content Creation & Creative Support
- Create marketing content: brochures, social posts, emailers, one‑pagers, and basic videos.
- Draft newsletters, email sequences, and internal communications.
- Support content writing for blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
- Maintain brand assets, templates, and creative libraries.
4. Sales Support & Enablement
- Sales Collateral Development — Create sales decks, proposal templates, product sheets, and case studies to support the sales team.
- Lead Generation Support — Assist in developing outreach campaigns, nurture sequences, and basic lead qualification workflows.
- Support event preparation, trade show materials, and follow‑up campaigns.
- Assist sales with proposals, presentations, and client‑facing materials.
5. Coordination & Operations
- Coordinate with vendors (designers, printers, freelancers).
- Maintain marketing documentation, folders, and process checklists.
- Support basic market and competitor research.
- Ensure timely execution of marketing tasks and deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of marketing experience (B2B preferred).
- Hands‑on experience with social media management and content creation.
- Proficiency with Canva or Adobe tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO, analytics dashboards, and paid ads.
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
