Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead the hospital's quality improvement initiatives, accreditation programs, and patient safety activities. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with healthcare standards, drive continuous quality improvement, coordinate audits, and promote a culture of excellence across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor the hospital Quality Management System (QMS).
- Lead NABH, ISO, and other accreditation-related activities.
- Plan and conduct internal quality audits and compliance assessments.
- Monitor quality indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate quality improvement projects across clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Investigate incidents, patient complaints, and non-conformities, and ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for adverse events.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
- Conduct quality awareness and patient safety training programs for employees.
- Monitor infection control, patient safety goals, and clinical quality indicators in coordination with relevant departments.
- Prepare reports and presentations for Quality Committee and Hospital Management.
- Maintain quality documentation, SOPs, policies, and records.
- Coordinate departmental quality meetings and follow up on action plans.
- Promote continuous improvement and best practices throughout the organization.
Required Qualifications
- MBBS/B.Sc Nursing/ M.Sc Nursing with Master's Degree in Hospital Administration (MHA)
- Certification in Quality Management, NABH, ISO, Lean Six Sigma, or Patient Safety is an added advantage.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in hospital quality management.
