Job Title: Project Engineer (IBMS & ELV Systems)
Location: Pune
Experience: 3+ Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and delivering IBMS & ELV projects.
- Coordinate with clients, PMC, consultants, architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is executed as per project schedule and quality standards.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities at site.
- Coordinate with the purchase team to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Prepare measurement sheets, daily progress reports, MOMs, and project documentation.
- Support project billing, variation statements, and material reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, site induction, and company policies.
- Identify project risks, resolve site issues, and escalate critical concerns to the Project Manager.
- Assist in project handover, client coordination, and successful project closure.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IBMS & ELV project execution.
- Good understanding of site execution, project coordination, and documentation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple site activities and work under the guidance of the Project Manager.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
