Position: Telesales Executive (Loan & Insurance)

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, explaining products/services, converting leads into customers, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide product/service information.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales opportunities.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Update CRM and sales reports regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Requirements
- Graduate/HSC with relevant telesales experience.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to convince and convert leads into sales.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or inside sales preferred.
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
Working Days & Weekly Off
- Working Days: Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days.
- Weekly Off: One rotational weekly off on any day between Monday and Friday.
- Working Hours: 10.00 am to 7.00 pm
