- We are seeking a Visa Filing Officer with expertise in handling visa applications for Canada, Australia, UK, USA, and Schengen countries for Student visa, Visitor visa and Tourist Visa .
- Collect, verify, and organize required documents (passport, photos, financials, travel plans, etc.).
- Ensure all visa applications are accurately completed and comply with embassy guidelines.
- Submit visa applications through online portals or visa centers (VFS, BLS, etc.).
- Track application status and provide regular updates to clients.
- Handle client queries professionally via phone, email, or in person.
- Maintain proper records and confidentiality of client information.
- Stay updated with changing visa rules and immigration policies.
- Knowledge of visitor visa, tourist visa processes and documentation.
