Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and qualified English Teacher to join our academic team in Tiruvannamalai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong subject knowledge, and the ability to inspire students through engaging and effective teaching methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English language and literature to students as per the school curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessment materials.
- Conduct classroom activities that enhance reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and academic activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in English or a relevant subject.
- B.Ed. qualification preferred.
- Strong spoken and written English skills.
- Prior teaching experience in CBSE, ICSE, Matriculation, or State Board schools is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
