We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor – Shop Floor with strong expertise in heavy and structural fabrication to manage shop-floor production activities and ensure timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day shop-floor production and fabrication activities.
- Handle manpower allocation, workforce planning, and team supervision.
- Plan, schedule, and execute production activities to achieve project targets.
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings and ensure proper shop-floor execution.
- Coordinate with Quality, Planning, Engineering, and other departments for smooth production.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, fabrication procedures, and project requirements.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety procedures, PPE requirements, and workplace safety practices.
- Identify and resolve production, quality, manpower, and shop-floor issues effectively.
- Lead and motivate the production team to achieve productivity, quality, and delivery targets.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination across teams.
Candidate Profile
✅ Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in heavy/structural fabrication
✅ Strong shop-floor production and fabrication knowledge
✅ Excellent manpower handling and team management skills
✅ Strong production planning and execution capabilities
✅ Good understanding of fabrication processes and drawings
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✅ Experience in maintaining quality and safety standards
