VHIT Web Solutions is looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT service sales and a passion for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services including PHP Development, Shopify Development, Web Designing, and Graphic Designing.
- Research and connect with potential clients through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, email campaigns, and other lead generation channels.
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and present suitable service solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- 3 months to 1 year of experience in IT Sales or Business Development.
- Good understanding of web development and design services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Basic knowledge of bidding platforms and online lead generation tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
