Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing with accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Bonus, Gratuity, and Labour Law compliances.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation through HRMS.
Coordinate onboarding, induction, confirmations, and employee lifecycle activities.
Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Organize employee engagement initiatives, events, and HR communication activities.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and compliance-related documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants for HR and compliance activities.
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and statutory regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
MBA/ Any Degree in HR or equivalent qualification.
3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance processes.
Experience in HRMS and HR operations.
Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
Preferred Industry:
Experience in logistics, manufacturing, shipping, supply chain, or related industries will be an added advantage.
