Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience by assisting customers in selecting eyewear products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of store operations. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their vision care and eyewear requirements.
- Recommend suitable eyeglasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, and accessories based on customer needs and preferences.
- Explain product features, lens options, pricing, warranties, and ongoing promotions.
- Assist customers with frame selection, measurements, and order placement.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling and cross-selling.
- Build long-term customer relationships by providing exceptional service and follow-up.
- Handle billing, cash, digital payments, and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, and ensure products are properly displayed.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and brand presentation.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when required.
- Coordinate with optometrists and other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on new products, collections, and company policies.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
