We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive solar business growth in the assigned region. The role involves managing sales teams, developing dealer/channel networks, generating new business opportunities, achieving revenue targets, and building strong customer relationships in the solar industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Lead, train, and manage sales executives/field sales teams
- Generate leads and convert residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, channel partners, EPC partners, and key customers
- Identify new market opportunities and expand business presence in assigned territories
- Monitor sales pipeline, customer visits, quotations, negotiations, and closures
- Coordinate with technical, project, and operations teams for smooth project execution
- Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure team target achievement
- Track competitor activities and market trends
- Prepare sales reports and provide updates to management
Qualification
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) or B.E/B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical/Renewable Energy) preferred
- Additional preference for candidates with both technical and business background (B.Tech + MBA)
Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
