Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand business requirements, utilizing standard tools and APIs, and implementing solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining system performance and compatibility. You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing application functionalities to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor application performance and implement necessary improvements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ.
- Experience with Salesforce platform and its various functionalities.
- Strong understanding of API integrations and low-code platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with release management processes and best practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
