**Process:** International Voice – Inbound
**Experience:** Minimum 1 Year in International Voice Process
**CTC:** ₹2.5 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA + Performance Incentives
**Transport:** 2-Way Transport Provided
**Working Days:** 5 Days Working + 2 Rotational Week Offs
**Shifts:** Rotational / Night Shifts
**Work Mode:** Work From Office

### ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Handle inbound customer calls and assist customers with their queries.
* Listen to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
* Resolve customer issues efficiently and maintain customer satisfaction.
* Provide clear information about products, services, plans, pricing, and policies.
* Meet performance targets such as **AHT, CSAT, quality, and productivity**.
* Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot customer issues when required.
* Follow company quality and process guidelines.
### ELIGIBILITY
✅ Minimum **1 year of experience in International Voice Process**
✅ **Excellent English communication skills**
✅ Comfortable working in **rotational/night shifts**
✅ Comfortable working **from office**
✅ **Immediate joiners only**
✅ **Graduation is not required**
❌ Freshers are not eligible
❌ Domestic voice experience is not eligible
❌ AR Callers / Healthcare profiles are not eligible
