Required Qualifications
8–15 years of experience in IT services, software development, or project delivery.
3–5+ years of experience in a Delivery Manager or similar leadership role.
Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and distributed teams.
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation to successful completion.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Lead and mentor project managers, technical leads, and delivery teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
Drive resource planning, allocation, and utilization across projects.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, product, infrastructure, and business teams.
Track project financials including budgets, revenue, margins, and forecasting.
Conduct regular project reviews, status meetings, and executive reporting.
Ensure adherence to organizational delivery processes, governance, and compliance standards.
Support presales activities including solution planning, estimations, and proposals.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Resolve escalations and remove delivery roadblocks proactively.
Promote Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies where appropriate.
