POSITION / DESIGNATION
Role: Adobe AEM, Portals Lead – CoE Engineering Team
Experience Level: 8+ Years
Compensation: ₹35 LPA (Target CTC)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Solution Architecture: Work with various stakeholders to understand and translate business use cases into required solutions across applicable Modules/Screens/APIs; ensure requirements are clear, complete, and thoroughly documented.
Frontend Integration: Implement frontend and integration requirements into secure, scalable, and high-performing screens to seamlessly support backend modules.
OOTB Optimization: Complete the configuration of User Stories using Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) features with minimum customization and custom development.
Development & Testing: Design, develop, and test web pages in strict accordance with functional and non-functional requirements.
Best Practices: Foster a culture of robust security, clean coding standards, and best practices. Adhere closely to design guidelines, code quality, pipeline configurations, deployments, and project documentation.
DevOps & CI/CD: Create and maintain the required CI/CD pipelines, manage code deployments, and prepare all supporting documentation.
Risk Mitigation: Anticipate technology risks, ensure robust contingency plans are in place, and proactively suggest improvements to the existing technical landscape.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional technology teams (Infrastructure, Applications, and Data) to ensure alignment toward common delivery goals and business satisfaction.
Leadership: Take ownership of architecture and solution design, while providing strong team leadership, mentoring, and delivery accountability.
Governance: Drive stakeholder management, governance, and technical decision-making.
WORK EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Domain & Core Technical Experience
Domain Knowledge: Core experience in Insurance Domain IT systems and processes is highly preferred.
AEM Expertise: 8+ years of experience as an Adobe AEM developer with a track record of supporting end-to-end implementations/deployments.
Portals Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience utilizing Adobe AEM Portals.
Technical Stack
Frontend/Backend: Hands-on experience with Adobe AEM Frontend Technologies (RN, JS) and Backend Technologies (Java APIs, Apache Sling, OSGi, and microservices).
APIs & Web Tech: Proficiency with PHP/MySQL, REST APIs, GraphQL, and binding external APIs into AEM Portals.
Methodology: Strong experience working within Agile, DevOps, and Containerized environments.
Security: Solid experience setting up secure Authentication and Authorization protocols.
QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS
Education: Graduation / Postgraduation (Engineering, IT, CS, or equivalent technical stream).
Certifications: Adobe AEM Certification is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 per year
