The role ensures that shipments are processed efficiently, delivery schedules are met, and operational standards for safety, quality, and productivity are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily logistics operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, and transportation of goods.
Monitor shipment schedules to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and third-party logistics providers.
Ensure proper inventory handling and documentation.
Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as delivery time, order accuracy, and productivity.
Maintain compliance with safety, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Resolve operational issues such as shipment delays, damaged goods, or route problems.
Train, guide, and evaluate logistics staff performance.
Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Prepare operational reports for management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
