Key Responsibilities
- Performance Monitoring: Track system efficiency and output using monitoring dashboards or SCADA systems.
- Preventive Maintenance: Schedule and execute routine inspections to prevent equipment failures before they happen.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair technical faults quickly to restore operations.
- Budget & Inventory: Manage spare parts inventory and track maintenance costs.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols (such as Lockout/Tagout) and environmental or statutory regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of repairs, breakdowns, and system performance. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
