Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans and marketing initiatives to hit top-line revenue targets.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives. Set individual and team sales quotas.
- Performance Analysis: Track sales metrics, monitor data, and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior leadership.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships and resolve any escalated customer complaints.

- Leadership & Coaching: Proven ability to inspire, guide, and develop a high-performing sales team.

- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales performance software.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
