Job Summary
Deccan Nutraceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic R&D Executive (Fresher) to join our Research & Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industry.
The selected candidate will assist in product development, formulation trials, laboratory testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of existing products. The ideal candidate should possess a scientific mindset, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to learn while working in a collaborative and GMP-compliant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of new products and improvement of existing formulations.
- Conduct laboratory experiments, product trials, and sample evaluations under the guidance of senior R&D personnel.
- Collect, analyze, interpret, and record research data accurately.
- Prepare and maintain technical reports, laboratory records, and research documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance (QA), and Quality Control (QC) teams during product development and technology transfer activities.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of laboratory chemicals, raw materials, and samples.
- Assist in stability studies, validation activities, and product performance evaluations.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and laboratory safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the laboratory.
- Support the team in troubleshooting technical issues related to product development.
- Participate in continuous learning and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry only.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of laboratory practices and scientific principles.
Required Skills
