Position Overview
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for generating leads, identifying potential clients, conducting sales meetings, and driving revenue growth for Remark HR's recruitment and HR solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
- Understand client hiring and HR requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in HR services, recruitment, staffing, SaaS, or B2B sales.
- Knowledge of lead generation techniques and sales processes.

Compensation
Salary: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹3 LPA + Attractive Incentives
