Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Client Communication
Handle customer inquiries for international travel packages. Understand travel requirements and suggest suitable destinations and itineraries. Communicate with clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings.
2. International Travel Planning
Plan and coordinate international holiday packages. Prepare customized travel itineraries based on customer preferences. Assist with flight bookings, hotel reservations, transfers, sightseeing, and travel insurance.
3. Visa & Documentation
Guide clients on visa requirements and documentation. Coordinate visa applications and follow up on visa status. Ensure all travel documents are accurate and shared on time.
4. Booking & Coordination
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs (Destination Management Companies), and international suppliers. Ensure smooth booking confirmations and travel arrangements. Resolve booking changes, cancellations, and customer queries promptly.
5. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication with clients before, during, and after their travel. Provide excellent customer support to ensure a seamless travel experience. Build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
6. Sales & Follow-up
Convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings. Follow up with potential customers to improve conversion rates. Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets.
7. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain customer records and booking details in CRM. Prepare daily and monthly booking reports. Ensure proper documentation of all travel-related transactions.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline. Diploma/Degree in Travel & Tourism will be an added advantage.
