Position: Production / Quality Control
Experience: 0 – 2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Production
- Set up CNC/VMC/HMC machines for production runs
- Install tools, fixtures, and work offsets
- Perform first-piece inspection and ensure accuracy
- Adjust machine settings for optimal performance
- Troubleshoot setup-related issues
- Support operators during production
- Ensure adherence to process sheets and drawings
Quality
- incoming, in-process, and final inspections
- Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished products as per quality standards.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using measuring instruments
- (e.g., Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Gauges).
- Identify, document, and report any non-conformities or defects.
- Maintain inspection records, reports, and rejection logs accurately.
- Ensure that only quality-approved products move to the next production stage or dispatch.
- Support the production team in identifying and resolving quality-related issues.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality checklists.
- Ensure compliance with company quality policies and safety standards.
- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Participate in regular training and audits related to quality control.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 0 –2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Education: Diploma / ITI / B.E (preferably in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial disciplines).
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of inspection tools and measuring instruments.
- Understanding of ISO standards and quality documentation.
- Basic GD&T Knowledge
Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Time management and reporting accuracy.
