Hiring: Cafe Shift Manager
Locations: Thaltej, Paldi, Motera & Vastral, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day café operations during the assigned shift.
- Supervise and coordinate café staff, including Baristas and Team Members.
- Ensure smooth customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, hygiene and presentation.
- Handle POS billing, cash management and daily shift closing procedures.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels and minimize wastage.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety and hygiene standards.
- Allocate tasks and manage staff attendance during the shift.
- Achieve daily sales and operational targets.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager/Operations Team regarding shift requirements and issues.
- Train and support new team members when required.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a Cafe, QSR, Restaurant or Hospitality environment.
- Previous experience as a Shift In-Charge / Shift Supervisor / Cafe Supervisor / Team Leader preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of POS, inventory and cash handling.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Candidates available for the mentioned Ahmedabad locations preferred.
