The Communications Executive will support the planning and execution of Scorpio India's internal communications and employer branding initiatives. The role involves creating compelling content across digital and print channels, designing visual communication assets, supporting employee engagement initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders, and capturing stories that strengthen Scorpio India's culture and employer brand.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
The incumbent is responsible and accountable for:
· Support the execution of Scorpio India's internal communications strategy.
· Create engaging communication content for emails, digital screens, newsletters, intranet, and other internal platforms.
· Develop content for Scorpio India's LinkedIn page, including employee stories, hiring campaigns, event highlights and employer branding initiatives.
· Design communication collateral including posters, standees, presentations, banners, digital creatives and social media assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
· Assist in conceptualising communication campaigns that encourage employee participation and engagement.
· Photograph and document internal events, employee activities and celebrations for internal and external communication.
· Edit photographs and create short-form videos, reels and highlight videos for employer branding.
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information, review communication material and ensure timely execution of projects.
· Ensure consistency in Scorpio India's communication style, visual identity and brand guidelines.
· Support cross-functional initiatives, employee engagement activities and corporate events from planning through execution.
· Track communication requests, manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within agreed timelines.
· Identify new communication formats and creative ideas that improve employee engagement and digital reach.
Desired Skills:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong storytelling and copywriting ability.
· Proficiency in Canva.
· Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro is an advantage).
· Basic photography and photo editing skills.
· Understanding of visual design principles and layout.
· Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
· Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to think creatively, work independently and execute with minimal supervision.
Awareness of social media trends and employee engagement practices.
