Job Summary
Task Force Interiors Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-driven Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out to lead the successful execution of interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, site execution, stakeholder coordination, resource management, quality assurance, budget control, and timely project delivery while ensuring compliance with company standards and client expectations.
The role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.
Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
· Lead the end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects, ensuring delivery within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
· Develop project execution plans, work schedules, resource allocation plans, and project milestones.
· Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines through effective planning and execution strategies.
· Identify project risks, challenges, and constraints and implement proactive mitigation measures.
Site Management & Project Delivery
· Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth coordination between various project stakeholders.
· Ensure all site activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
· Monitor productivity, workmanship, and site performance to achieve project objectives.
· Ensure timely completion of milestones and successful project handover.
Client & Stakeholder Management
· Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
· Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, PMC teams, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
· Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
· Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Procurement & Resource Coordination
· Coordinate with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and resources.
· Review material requirements and procurement schedules in line with project timelines.
· Monitor vendor and subcontractor performance to ensure timely execution and quality compliance.
· Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, and project resources.
Budgeting & Cost Control
· Monitor project budgets, costs, and resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle.
· Track project expenditures against approved budgets and implement corrective measures where necessary.
· Review and validate variations, change orders, and additional scope requests.
· Support management in maintaining project profitability and cost efficiency.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
· Ensure all works are executed as per approved quality standards, project specifications, and company guidelines.
· Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to identify and address non-conformities.
· Monitor snagging activities and ensure timely closure of punch-list items before project handover.
· Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, client standards, and contractual obligations.
Team Leadership & Coordination
· Lead and supervise Site Engineers, Supervisors, Safety Officers, and project execution teams.
· Allocate responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide guidance to project teams.
· Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work environment focused on achieving project objectives.
· Conduct regular coordination meetings to review project progress and address challenges.
Health, Safety & Risk Management
· Ensure implementation of all safety policies, procedures, and site-specific safety requirements.
· Promote a strong safety culture across project sites and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
· Identify potential project risks and implement preventive and corrective actions.
· Ensure safe working practices for employees, subcontractors, and vendors.
Project Reporting & Documentation
· Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
· Maintain project documentation including schedules, progress records, variations, approvals, and site reports.
· Track key project performance indicators and communicate project status to management.
· Ensure proper documentation and closure of all project-related activities.
Project Handover & Close-Out
· Manage final inspections, snag rectification, testing, and commissioning activities where applicable.
· Ensure successful project completion and formal handover to clients.
· Coordinate post-handover support and warranty-related activities as required.
· Ensure all project documentation is completed and archived as per company standards.
Required Skills & Competencies
· Strong knowledge of Interior Fit-Out Project Management and Site Execution.
· Expertise in BOQ management, budgeting, scheduling, planning, and project coordination.
· Strong understanding of commercial, corporate, healthcare, hospitality, and residential interior projects.
· Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
· Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Technical Skills
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Working knowledge of AutoCAD and construction drawings.
· Familiarity with project scheduling and project management software.
· Strong understanding of BOQs, contracts, project costing, and material planning.
· Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
Qualifications & ExperienceEducation
· Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience
· Minimum 10+ years of experience in Interior Fit-Out Project Management.
· Proven experience managing commercial, corporate, retail, hospitality, healthcare interior projects.
· Experience handling multiple stakeholders, vendors, subcontractors, and project teams.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹6,50,000 – ₹7,00,000 per annum
