Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to prevent recurring issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced, SAP BTP Integration Suite, API Management.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues within business-critical systems.
- Experience in managing and supporting cloud-based application environments.
- Ability to work with integration technologies and APIs to ensure seamless system interoperability.
- Familiarity with automation tools and process optimization techniques to enhance support efficiency.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
