Job Role Summary :
We are on the hunt for a highly creative and tech-savvy Video Developer to join our dynamic content marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ideating, developing, and producing high-impact video content using cutting-edge AI tools. If you have a passion for storytelling through video and love experimenting with the latest AI-powered platforms, this role is made for you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media, websites, ads, and campaigns
- Use advanced AI video tools to generate, enhance, and automate video content creation
- Develop creative short-form and long-form video content aligned with brand identity and marketing goals
- Apply innovative visual storytelling techniques to boost audience engagement and reach
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to deliver cohesive multimedia campaigns
- Stay updated with the latest video trends, AI innovations, and platform algorithm changes
- Repurpose and optimize video content across multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Create motion graphics, animated explainer videos, and AI-generated visual effects
- Independently manage video projects from concept to final delivery with minimal supervision
- Continuously experiment with new AI tools and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the team
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Any graduate (BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BCA, B.Tech, MBA – any stream accepted)
- Strong creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling
- Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI tools for video creation and editing
- Proficiency in professional video editing software for cutting, color grading, and post-production
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered platforms for video generation, voice synthesis, and avatar creation
- Understanding of social media content formats and best practices
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to deliver quality work under tight deadlines
- A strong portfolio or showreel of video work (AI-generated projects welcomed!)
