Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the overall operations of our pizza restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining quality standards, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
- Lead, train, and motivate staff
- Drive sales, promotions, and brand-building activities
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage inventory, food costs, and budgets
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards
- Implement SOPs and ensure compliance
- Support menu innovation and new product development
Requirements:
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience
- Prior experience in a Pizza Restaurant/QSR preferred
- Strong leadership, sales, and operational skills
- Knowledge of inventory control and P&L management
